Return & Refund Policy

All defined terms used below shall have the meanings set forth in our Terms and Conditions. See TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Order Cancellations

Orders submitted online are processed immediately and may not be cancelled once placed. If you wish to return your order, please follow the return process below after you receive the merchandise.


Returns

You may return an item within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the merchandise must:

  • Be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.

  • Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

  • Discounted or sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom items


Exchanges

We accept exchanges for eligible products within the 30-day return window. Exchanges are subject to product availability.


Return Methods

You may return items in one of the following ways:

  • In person: Returns may also be made directly at our workshop at the address above

For items manufactured by another party and resold by us, please do not send such items back to the manufacturer.


Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of any prepaid return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items.

Return labels: In some cases, a return label may be included in the package. If not, you are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipment.


Restocking Fee

We do not charge a restocking fee for returns.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your return.

If approved, refunds are typically processed within 3 business days and will be issued in one of the following forms:

  • Credit to the original payment method

  • Exchange of merchandise

  • Non-transferable merchandise credit

  • Another remedy determined appropriate in good faith


General

If you do not comply with any of the above conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange, or to impose different or additional conditions.
