Day four of my March 2015 coachbuilding class is over. In the next few posts are some of the pictures of the two projects we worked on. Scott from Canada brought a modified 1934 Ford fiberglass front fender with a larger hump over the wheel to allow more clearance. At the class we copied the surface information of the modified 1934 front fender with my flexible shape pattern method and made four panels that when welded together would make up whole front fender. Unfortunately,we ran of time, we were only able to clamp the fender together. – Wray
